Bon Voyage I: Ruining the Majestic Ruins of ... Something

My sims have been on a whirlwind of sightseeing and touring all over the place since Bon Voyage came out. Four trips, back-to-back-to-back-to-back!

Tiwikki Island, Day 6

Trying to cram everything in on the last couple days of vacation is EXHAUSTING. Joe took the kids on a fun-filled trip to the Majestic Ruins of Suchety Such.

It's good to get back to the Brickstone Chateau for some much needed R&R from all the R'ing & R'ing.

Bon Voyage II: Roughing It in Three Lakes

Just to give you an idea of how they're faring by this point, this is pretty much the scene every time they arrive at a new destination:

Josh came out of his tent to cheer on his son. Brandon, Shawn, and Joshua came out of their tents and promptly passed out.

Bon Voyage III: Buck Up, Little Campers!

OH NOEZ!!!! As if it wasn't already bad enough for the poor little guy, Brandon became my first sim to be struck by lightning!

He went inside to get out of the elements, and lounge on the couch. One of those motives needs to come up, at least. We'll work on fun, hygiene, and hunger next. Probably in that order, too, if he has his way. :P

Shawn came out of his tent, peed his pants, then went inside to join his charbroiled brother.

Ty's still aspirationally challenged, so to get his mind off trashcan-kicking, I put him to work digging for treasure.

The four boys went on a quest for the map as soon as the sun came up. Ty discovers he has a talent for the slap dance.

No time for dancing, Ty! There are tours to take and treasures to dig for!

Four tours and twenty bones later, Joshua makes his first big find. His brothers found rocks.

Back at the cabin, he finds the map for Three Lakes. Time to take another excursion with the bros!

*DRAMATIC GASP

Shawn disregards all alarms going off in his head, and bravely steps toward the wild Beast-Man.

His brothers worry about his fate over toasted marshmallows. "Is he doomed? Is he crazy? Will he be our next ghost story? Can you pass the mallow, fellow?"

"Okay, well if Shawn didn't get eaten, I think it's safe to assume we won't, either."

Bigfoot has an unfair advantage when it comes to kickybag.

And as this chapter of the vacation saga comes to a close, the Bayfields arrive safely back home. Val will get out of the van as soon as Shep is done peeing.
