The Honeymoon Sweet

Since posting that last pic on my forum last night, much discussion ensued about whether this pregnancy was good news or bad news. Inevitably, the subject of cheesecake came up.

Scott's actually very happy. "YES! Cheesecake!!!"

Shawn, seen yelling in the background, is perhaps not so happy about having to compete for his mother's attention with yet another half-sibling/cousin.

I just didn't plan on having sim Val have any more kids. She and Scott already have three kids between them. And of course there are all those other kids by other daddies...

But this is Scott and Val's honeymoon, since they officially re-tied the knot last December, and I decided "What the hey. Risky woohoo!"

And they're canoodling on the beach, right now. Scott's trying to sweet talk her into that idea about the cheesecake.

(For those not familiar with the Sims 2 "cheesecake effect", eating cheesecake increases the odds of a pregnant sim producing twins.)

Moving along...

...or are we?

"So. Cheesecake, anyone?"

All it took was the mere suggestion of "cheesecake" to get that near-insane gleam in Scott's eyes.

DO WANT.

But he needed help. Sons Joshua and Ty were quickly summoned to the scene, as well as Shep and Shawn. And a few extra appliances.

"Must make cheesecake. STAT!!!!"

"Yo, dad! Delivery!"

"Did we redecorate?"

Busy little beavers, aren't they?

Since Ty has burnt every cheesecake he's attempted to bake, he is stuck cleaning up after the higher-skilled bakers.

He's also in charge of keeping the fridges stocked.

"Hello? Kroger? Yes, we're making a gazillion cheesecakes to get my mom to have twins, and we're out of our minds. What's that? I said what? OH! Haha! Oops. I meant we're out of... out of...uh...hmmmmm...."

"...out of stuff to make cheesecakes. Cheese and cakes. Duh."

Ty and the deliveryman played "hide and seek" on the front porch for a few minutes.

Finally the delivery guy spots Ty behind the sconce.

"Dude! I've been looking all over the porch for you! Here are your cheese and cakes!"

"Hang loose, guys! Delivery number 4 has arrived!"

You know you order out too often when...

About 85 or so cheesecakes in, the boys get a little sloppy:

Shep caught the stove on fire and he ain't happy about the mess it's making!!

Ruh rohhhhhhhhh, Val has awakened/awokened/awaked/awoked/awuk from her nap.

She smells something fishy.

"This wouldn't have anything to do with the baby, would it?"

"No, mom, why do you ask?"

"Call it a hunch."

Shep serves up the first helping.

"Shouldn't you bake it, first?"

"Damn. I knew I forgot something."

"I'm supposed to be serving her, anyway. She's MY wife! " Scott huffs.

"Shouldn't you bake it, first?"

"Damn."

That's a lot of cheesecake.

A moment to ponder.

"Scott, honey, I think you need to take a break. You're getting a little stir crazy."

"What makes you say that?"

"You have your hand stuffed inside a cheesecake, dear."

"Oh. I'm such a silly dilly."

"Are you hungry? Can I get you a snack? Some...um...cheesecake, maybe?"

"That one over there looks tempting..."

"It does, doesn't it?"

Man, this is heavy.

Bluuuuuurp! "That's some damn good cheesecake!!"

"I think I need to rethink a fifth helping!" Or is Gary expecting twins??

"Dude! Do you see all those cheesecakes?? I ordered all the supplies all by myself! That delivery guy is a real glamrod!"

Will The Real Sim Shady please sit down?

"He would like to, but there's no frickin' ROOM!!!"

Did Val actually take a bite of cheesecake? Or did Gary eat it all, himself?
Did the Real Sim Shady ever find a place to sit?
Will the delivery guy ever find Ty, again?

Find out next time! Same bat time, same bat channel!
